Since 2020 range of spiritual-scientific methods have been introduced as a series of one preparatory course followed by seven progressive courses. The courses share a common theme of finding Ways to Social Healing. Participants will be introduced to reliable and practical methods to find one’s tasks in different life situations and to bring more harmony and meaning to one’s life. The methods expand on those based on Rudolf Steiner’s How to Know Higher Worlds and are a well-developed process of concentration, observation, and imagination.

The preparatory curriculum consists in a series of meditative methods leading to a deeper understanding of other beings through empathy, finding one’s own higher I, finding one’s karmic tasks, and practicing to freely and consciously responding to them.

There are seven capacities or stages of practice:

1. Separation: Learning to detach from one’s subjective perspective

2. Logic of the Heart: Learning to order one’s feelings and uncovering one’s sense for truth

3. Practicing Empathy

4. Dialog with spiritual beings

5. Meeting one’s higher self

6. Manifesting free impulses (the Zodiac meditation)

7. Bringing it all together

Once this foundation has been laid, we can proceed to practicing methods for awakening to higher worlds in Course 1.

Awakening to the Super-sensible and Elemental World

In this 3½ day course, we will learn and practice methods for awakening to the super-sensible and elemental world. Invited are participants of a preparatory course (or equivalent experience) including previous Course 1 participants who want to deepen their understanding and practice. Attendance is required for all units. 

Course 3

Grounding and the relationship between the higher worlds and the world of the senses.

Purification of the Soul and Grounding

In this 3½ day course, we will continue our study and practice of methods for awakening to the super-sensible and elemental world, as well as higher worlds. We will learn and practice the purification of the soul through the remaining three elements, the corresponding ethers, and moral substances. Attendance is required for all units. 

Course 4

Working as a group on the transformation of the outer world.

Courses 5, 6, 7

We are planning to bring Courses 5, 6, 7 to California , USA, in the future.

So far, they took place in various countries in Europe.
